We back our socks — seriously. They’re built tough, feel great, and are made to last. But if you’ve worn your Smokos and you’re not 100% happy with the quality, comfort or fit, we’ve got you covered.
Just get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange. No hoops to jump through — we’re all about keeping our customers happy.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or missing items, please contact us at support@smokossocks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the goods if possible. We’ll organise a replacement or refund for you as quickly as we can.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:

If it’s a quality issue, you’re welcome to return worn socks — we want honest feedback

If it’s a change of mind, the socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns
How to Return an Item
To start the return process, please email support@smokossocks.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include details of your issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Change of Mind
If you’ve simply changed your mind, no problem — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the socks haven’t been worn or washed and are still in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you a quick confirmation email. If everything checks out based on the reason for return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
